When you book a tour with Desert Fox Safari, you confirm that all riders meet the minimum age and health requirements stated on the tour page. Bookings are confirmed once payment or a valid pay-at-location reservation is received.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Within 24 hours, a 50% charge applies. No-shows are non-refundable. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours out, subject to availability.

Riders must follow guide instructions at all times. Reckless driving, ignoring safety briefings, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

Helmets and goggles are mandatory for all motorised activities and are provided by us.

Desert Fox Safari is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by failure to follow safety instructions, pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed at booking, or force majeure events. We carry standard operator insurance — riders are encouraged to hold their own travel insurance.

By joining a tour, you consent to being photographed for our marketing material unless you opt out at the start of the tour.

Desert Fox Safari reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Where a tour is fully cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising shall be resolved in the courts of Hurghada.
