To process a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, hotel pickup address, and (when paying online) your payment details. We collect website analytics — anonymised — to improve the site.

Your contact details are used solely to confirm and operate your booking, including coordinating hotel pickup and sharing tour updates. Payment data is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.

Marketing emails are only sent if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share booking information only with the operations team running your tour, and with payment providers as required to process payment. We never sell your data to third parties.

We use cookies for session, language preference, currency, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser — some features (cart, login) won’t work without them.

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Where we hold data because of a legal obligation (e.g. tax records of paid bookings) it will be retained for the legally required period.
